List of 25 cities where homes are affordable; Top 5 homes that you probably can’t buy

Money Magazine released a list of the top 25 cities in the U.S. where homes are affordable.

You can buy in Deerfield Beach, FL, for around $67,000, thanks to the housing market crash. If the beach and sun is not for you, then head up to Fargo, ND.

If you’re not watching your budget, then check out these five of the most expensive homes in the world.

5. “The Manor” – Los Angeles, CA – Did you ever watch “Beverly Hills, 90210” or “Melrose Place“?  If so, you contributed to famed producer Aaron Spelling’s home. It can be all yours for the price of $150 million.

4. “Fairfield PondThe Hamptons, NY – Summer is here, and Manhattanites head to the Hamptons.  If you’ve got $170 million, this one can be yours! The $150k hot-tub is included.

3. “The Penthouses at One Hyde Park” – London, England – Considered the most expensive flats in the entire world.  Among the amenities are bullet-proof windows and a panic room.

2. “Villa Leopolda” – French Riviera – The most famous person to own this house?  King Leopold II of Belgium, although some rumors claim Bill Gates has owned it at one time. If you want this one, make sure you continue to employ the 50+ gardeners it takes to maintain the lavish landscape.
